One more reason to consider engineering in Ops. One simple request to check in on a service status or check application logs or any other day to day simple service request would require an ops team member to login using a laptop/endpoint -> hop on to a Citix/Appstream service -> Get onto a Jumphost -> login to application and perform a simple operational task.
